Pennsylvania's Pre-K Counts is a FREE program for those children who qualify

We understand that every family has different financial circumstances, and we are committed to providing access to high-quality pre-kindergarten education. Eligible children can attend our Pre-K Counts program without any cost to their families. To be eligible for our PreK Counts program, a child must meet the following requirements:

Be between the ages of 3 and the age of kindergarten eligibility
Have a family income between 130% to 300% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines

If your child meets the eligibility requirements for the Pre-K Counts program, we encourage you to apply as soon as possible to secure a spot for your child. Our staff will be happy to guide you through the application process and answer any questions you may have.
